Return Policy

New Items

We have a 8 day return policy for all new items. A receipt is needed and the item must be in the same condition as when it left the store. If the item is in less than ideal condition then we will asses the value and if it can be returned.

Gifts

New items with a gift receipt have a 14 day return policy. Please ask for the gift receipt when checking out in-store or mention it is a gift in the note section of the cart page.

Used Items

All used items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Restocking fee

If the item is no longer in the original packaging then a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original price. 

Product Specific Details

Books

If a new book has damage or a printing issue please let us know by email within 5 days so we can proceed with returning it to the publisher to get a new copy.

Returning the item to us

You are welcome to bring the item back to us in-store.

If the item was shipped then it will need to be shipped back to us. We do not offer free returns shipping. In the event there was a defect then we can refund you the original shipping (prorated). Please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email at catnapbooks@gmail.com with:
    1. The reason for the return.
    2. Which items you would like returned.
    3. Your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip.
